DELIVERY

We currently only ship within the U.K.

Small Parcels are sent via Royal Mail (Tracked 48 service), typically arriving 2-3 days from dispatch.

Large items such as our Moses Baskets & Changing Baskets are sent via Parcel Force Express 48 (Tracked Service) and typically arrive within 2-3 days from dispatch.

Standard UK Shipping Costs:

Small/Standard Parcels = £3.95

Large Parcels = £15.00

International shipping will hopefully be offered as an option online in the future.

However, if you have any international order enquires in the meantime, please email me at boandbyre@gmail.com and, if feasible, I will do my best to send you an estimated shipping cost quotation.

RETURNS

Any items being returned should be sent within 14 days of delivery and a tracked postal service should be considered.

Returned products should be unused, unwashed and in original packaging to ensure safe arrival and prevention of any damage during transit.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

**PLEASE NOTE**

Any items marked as 'MADE TO ORDER', (such as all Nursery Collection Items) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

(The 14 day cooling off period does not apply to made-to-order items, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations).

If you require to cancel a Nursery Collection order, please contact me as soon as possible as cancellation will only be possible before materials have been ordered/allocated to your order/before work has begun.

Furthermore, if your order has arrived damaged or you have received the incorrect order please contact me so that I can of course resolve the issue for you.

Bo & Byre is a small business where every item is individually made by myself, gently & carefully by hand so please do keep this in mind when placing orders with longer timescales or shipping any returns.
