DELIVERY

We currently only ship within the U.K.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail (Tracked 48 service) and typically arrive 2-3 days from dispatch.

Standard UK Shipping Costs:

order value under £100 = £3.95

order value over £100 = free delivery

International shipping will hopefully be offered as an option online in the future.

However, if you have any international order enquires in the meantime, please email me at boandbyre@gmail.com and, if feasible, I will do my best to send you an estimated shipping cost quotation.

RETURNS

Any items being returned should be sent within 14 days of delivery and a tracked postal service should be considered.

Returned products should be unused, unwashed and in original packaging to ensure safe arrival and prevention of any damage during transit.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Any items marked as 'made to order', are non-returnable and non-refundable.
